Information Security and Privacy Agreement

Information Security (IS) is designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of ERPS data from those with malicious intentions. Safe-guarding an organization's data from unauthorized access or modification to ensure its availability, confidentiality, and integrity.

Confidentiality: The ERP system plays a key role in the organization and holds exceedingly confidential and profound information which are desperate to the organization’s evolution. The users of the ERP system has privileged access in a principled, proficient, and lawful manner that is sternly within their official job functions and will desist from using their rights to access and review confidential data except as required for their job responsibilities.

User Covenant: I carry out all probable steps to preserve firm privacy of any information to which I have access in ERP System.
• I assure never to manipulate any information, except I have been instructed to do so by my supervisor/manager.
• I assure never to pass any information acquired as part of the work to anybody outside the team without prior approval.
• Although it is our perpetual endeavor to offer you with the finest of online facilities and conveniences, the IT is not liable for any inaccurate or erroneous transactions such as dual record or mismanagement of your account arising from any erroneous, unintentional or other kind of confession of such particulars by the user of this system.
• I assure to inform Head IT, if any endeavoured or effective crack of the above and let-down to observe with this covenant by any of my team member.
• Any crack of the above and let-down to observe with this covenant will warrant the Head IT to take punitive action up to and including discharge, as well as any lawful action such as civic and criminal punishments that may apply.
Directions:
• Ensure to log out of ERP System after using the service or when you will be away from your computer.
• We firmly advice to not to share your password to anybody.
• Avoid using ERP System from unreliable computers, e.g. Cyber/internet cafe.
• Use electronic copies rather hard copy print outs unless otherwise necessary.
• Due to security aspects, login session of ERP System will be elapsed if your browser is left idle for a while.
